Frida is a miracle worker when it comes to water. Here at Frida, we do our cooking with water, of course, but we also fill our pool with it and use it to provide ice-cold showers for sauna-goers. The only thing Frida has yet to learn is how to turn water into wine. If you can teach us the trick, a free beer is in order.

Food & beverages

The ancient Romans and the South Tyrolean farmers have long known that when it comes to food (and in some other matters), it’s better often than never. To make sure you’ll always get your fill of adventures and live them with a happy heart and light feet, Frida provides you with a succulent breakfast – that should be enough to get you through the expedition to the next eatery. We’ll be glad to give you the directions.

Breakfast

We’ll get you ready for the adventures awaiting you with hot coffee and an abundant breakfast. Our breakfast buffet includes fresh juices, cereals, fruit, yogurt, honey and jam. Those with a savoury tongue will find different kinds of bread, rolls, charcuterie and Alpine cheese. To ensure the first meal of the day really sticks to your ribs, we also provide organic free-range eggs, soft-boiled or made up in fresh omelettes.

You can enjoy breakfast from 7:30 to 10 am.

Wines and other spirited waters

Frida’s cellar is not only home to the tools of sharp-witted undertakings, it also stores exquisite rubies and garnets, rock crystals and diamonds – delicious red and white wines from Italy and South Tyrol. Some very special bottles are on hand here, souvenirs from our wider travels. In Frida’s lounge and bar you can meet all kinds of spirits and sip freshly brewed drinks, immersed in music and spherical glitter.

Our wait staff works their magic from 2 pm to 8 pm, and later you can help yourself to drinks at the Honesty Bar.

Frida loves climate protection! Those who travel without car and stay at least three nights are rewarded with a 10% discount. Frida offers bicycles and public transport free of charge. Frida believes in karma.
