Prussian no more

Domenico visited Frida with his mother as a very young man. Although they were Italians, they spoke French to each other and were very proper about etiquette at table. Domenico still spends his holidays with us, summer and winter. But now at the buffet, instead of taking a plate from the middle of the stack (the top plate might be dusty), he prefers to eat french fries and even dares to take bites of food from other people’s plates – and with his fingers, at that!
