Quite some time ago, inspired by the journeys we had, we decided to reinvent our house. We wanted Frida to be more of a cosmopolitan with a more worldly, urban and wacky look to herself. Of course what we needed first were some crafty craftsmen. But not of the regular kind: We wanted people who were able to think outside of the box. The kind that wouldn’t brush aside our ideas just in order to bring back the conventional, but someone congenial who’d share our visions and who’d be able and willing to help us to bring them to life. And that’s how we met Klaus and Georg. Our first team work with them resulted in a reception that’s crafted from old windowframes and reused wooden boards. Another thing the two carpenters helped us achive are our all new panorama suits. And all apartments of Frida im Dorf are refurnished as well.
