The ideal sausage

Heinz is a rotund and very likeable man, an ideal sausage maker. He visits us regularly and usually has a couple of kilograms of sausage in his luggage. The sausage tastings that he puts together usually turn into an après ski party with sausage, mulled wine and happy tumult.
